Will you design my theme? – Yes custom design is FREE, we never charge for artwork.
Do you have a game list? – A game list? Of course. The Wizard keeps it sealed in the sacred scroll, it reads.. all systems are custom built its “All Killer, No Filler” no clones, duplicates or broken games.
Can you add “game name”? – Its already added! Unless its a obscure game you played overseas, if so… just let us know.
Do you offer a payment plan? – Yes, please inquire about terms via our CONTACT page
Do you have a Pick up option? – Yes local pick up is always available.
Do you deliver? – Yes, across Ontario please inquire about rates. Shop prices do not include shipping.
Where do you ship? – We can ship anywhere in Canada. Please keep in mind freight charges will apply.
How long does it take to make? – 4-6 weeks or 6-8 weeks depending on the season and order queue.
Do you accept Credit Card Payments? – Yes we use PayPal Secure for payments, with full protection via their secure payment gateway. We keep no credit card or personal information stored on our site.
Can I pay cash or E- Transfer on delivery? – Yes we accept both payments, you will also receive a final invoice once completed that can be paid online.
I seen a machine selling for cheaper will you price match? – Never hire a jester, to do the work of a Wizard. No.
Can I call/text you and see how my build is going. – Yes you can, but remember. A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
